Sold out Victorian Tourism Conference a success!
The 2005 Victorian Tourism Conference recently held at Zinc has been received as a great success. Held on May 5^th & 6^th the conference was attended by a range of tourism delegates from across Victoria and interstate with a variety of tourism backgrounds.

400 delegates across the two days were exposed to a variety of speakers including Simon Hammond, Brand Guru, SEE, Andrew Walsh, Executive Producer, Melbourne Commonwealth Games, Mark Stone, CEO, Parks Victoria, Bruce Buchanan, Jetstar Airways and Sean Cummins, CEO & Creative Director, cummins&partners.

A highlight of the conference for many of the delegates was the dinner on the Thursday evening which paid tribute to the journey VTOA and CVTC played in the Victorian Tourism Industry over the years. Those who attended were treated to a walk down memory lane with footage highlighting the organisations' history. Another favorite was the 'placemats' of old pictures and memories.
