Members' excellence recognised at tourism's night of nights
The Melbourne Airport 2007 Victorian Tourism Awards were held last night at Crown Palladium and Tourism Alliance Victoria and the Regional Victoria Conference Group’s members shone, winning 19 out of the 30 awarded categories.
Tourism Alliance Victoria is extremely proud of all 44 members who were nominated for the Victorian tourism awards and in particular the following members who were successful in winning.

- VRC Spring Racing Carnival - Sustainability Victoria Award for Major Festivals & Events

- Crown Promenade Hotel - Award for Deluxe Accommodation

In addition, Tourism Alliance congratulates the Koorie Heritage Trust, Go West Tours and Miami Hotel Melbourne for achieving Hall of Fame status in their respective categories, an achievement that is very well deserved.
