Key focus areas communicated to Federal Government

Tourism Alliance Victoria identified key tourism priorities in recent correspondence with The Hon. Fran Bailey, Minister for Tourism, Martin Ferguson AM MP and Sentator Bob Brown in the lead up to November’s Federal election.

With the view to ensuring a united tourism industry voice, Tourism Alliance Victoria’s key areas of focus mirrored those of the Australian Tourism Regional Network and the National Tourism Alliance:

•    Climate change
•    Skill and labour shortages
•    Declining domestic tourism
•    Lack of infrastructure, product development and investment attraction
