Regional Tourism Community Awareness Campaign 2009

 

Tourism Alliance Victoria, together with Prime TV, has partnered with 21 local government organisations and tourism associations to produce the third Regional Tourism Community Awareness Campaign.

In addition to the campaign’s original objective of raising awareness of the value of tourism to regional Victoria, this year’s message takes into account the tough conditions the tourism industry is faced with in the aftermath of bushfires, the global financial crisis and the latest challenge of swine flu, and emphasises the role of tourism in leading the economic recovery in the face of such adversity.

Tourism Alliances thanks all the regional partners for their participation and support and also Prime TV for its ongoing support of the tourism industry in Victoria.
