Minister for Tourism and Major Events, Hon John Pandazopolous launches 10 Year Plan

Tourism Alliance Victoria prepared a response to the State Government's "Tourism and Events Industry- Building a 10 Year Government Strategy Discussion Paper." In representing the views of the Membership, the response included priority areas for tourism over the next 10 years which broadly included international and domestic marketing, funding for Tourism Victoria, technology, public land licensing, infrastructure and skills.

Since the release of the discussion paper, the industry has been anxious to receive the final document which will be launched by the Minister for Tourism and Major Events Hon John Pandazopolous on Tuesday 17 October 2006.
